Staff and food spot on. Rooms a little dated and came with no fridge which was a surprise. Building work was going on which cannot be helped but would have been nice to be informed.

The renovations are making the hotel look better when complete.
The staff were helpful.
The leisure facilities are good, clean and nice.

Posted 27 Aug 2024 on HotelsLovely welcome, great pool area and restaurant was nice. The rooms are huge and they have everything you need. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment which is desperately needed but the staff were brilliant and we felt very happy there. Location is good and the grounds are beautiful.

Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsExcellent ample parking, reception friendly and efficient,room comfortable and clean but tired Hotel undergoing renovation which wasn’t evident on booking resulting in bar not open and insufficient staff to deal with orders in timely manner and Sauna closed. good breakfast Would still recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were in one of the new rooms which was very spacious and pleasant.

Need to speak to guests
