Room was clean but air-conditioning didn’t work and it was 30° outside. Only one pillow per person. No glasses or cups for coffee or water. Toilet was leaking water.

It was a run down almost falling apart dirty looking very old bldg, it didn’t have a room for me so I had to make other arrangements and on top of that it said it doesn’t have online booking

We couldn't get the TV to work with the remote provided. There wasn't anyone at the front desk to ask and the next morning the person at the front desk didn't know either.
The shower is an old unit with no bath. After I finished showering, the hot water faucet wouldn't work ( no threads) and my husband couldn't shower before we checked out the next morning.

It was decent, hot shower and comfy beds.
