"The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. "This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The staff is very nice, the pool and villa is very large for a 1 bedroom and even offers more room than some 2 bedrooms due to the layout. The pictures are representative of the place and our family likes how open it is in the livingroom area. "Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. "Everything was great from start to finish! The decorations were up to standard, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got our bikes and even had our late check out request approved. The location was not too far off main attractions and quiet enough that we weren't disturbed by the street. Privacy was a key factor in choosing this villa and they sure delivered on this. If anything the only improvement could be on the breakfast choices. Will definitely return!"
