The staff is really rude angry and cut you short

I had paid expida for all my days that I was supposed to stay & I got charged extra $350 more so disappointed

After looking into your account, I found that you stayed 2 more nights extra added to the actual reservation which explain the extra charges. for any questions or concerns call and ask for the manager. We didn't get to stay and lost our money. We got there and needed to check in but front desk denied us checking in. We were 30 minutes early and needed the room ASAP. We went down the road and got in a room within 5 minutes, way better service and friendliness.

The only negative was at check-in. They were very nice but I was a single woman traveling and the clerk said my room number out loud and there were several people, men and women who were able to hear them announce my room number . This is a safety issue.9
