It was very peaceful with lovely swimming pools. Staff were quick to address issues However the hotel was showing its age

Absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel itself is just gorgeous. Can’t wait to return

Very clean. The pool was great. And the staff very hands on.

It’s a great property, but it’s very expensive; yet the quality of service offered is very poor. Everything that’s requested takes twice the effort to obtain it. They however did approve our late check out which was nice. We did have a good time, but it could have been a little cheaper.

Great hotel and pool, issue with check in

Great hotel and service however my room was not ready until 4:30pm instead of 3pm check in. I was surprised that nothing was offered as gwg such as complimentary drinks etc. I had to argue the next day to give me a late check out when this should have been offered without even asking.
