The reservation in Expedia said breakfast was included but that was only partly true. Coffee and fresh fruit was included but bagels, breakfast sandwich and other menu items were extra cost. It was okay and still a good deal, but not exactly as Expedia said.

Very nice staff. Clean. Difficult getting to dining facilities if you don’t have a car. Displeased with the restaurant. Very expensive, food mediocre at best, service was fast but not at all friendly.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The room was so so. The bed and the pillows were Horrible. Pillows were old and flat except the one that had feathers sticking out everywhere. I asked for different pillows, never received them. The mattress was very uncomfortable. No microwave in room. No breakfast available. They have a little snack shop but it is closed on weekends. I needed to stay an extra night , when I asked the woman at the desk she said it would be $200 and that was for a Monday. I told her no thanks and that I would find another hotel. She wouldn’t try to do anything for me. So happy that they have that much money and that steady customers are not important.

Stay somewhere else

Hotel service was lacking at the front desk and lobby restaurant/bar which was closed during our stay for lack of staffing. This was difficult when in town for a wedding and without a vehicle. Room had numerous maintenance issues - walls paper thin - no extra toilet paper or cups in our room. We had a suite and were disappointed with the condition of it, cleanliness and lack of service/amenities. For the price - definitely not worthwhile. On a busy road so the room was noisy. Poor lighting in the room made it hard to see what you were doing.

I had higher hopes for this hotel as we’ve stayed at several Courtyards before. Our room was not clean and they gave us 2 towels for a 4-night stay. There was no housekeeping service until checkout and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed the entire stay. It is VERY noisy, lots of road noise and thin walls, I could hear the conversations of all our neighbors. I give the area around the hotel a 3 because there are lots of restaurants and things to do and pretty close to the airport which is convenient but overall not a great stay.
