Some of furnishings looked a bit old. Hard to control room temperature. Did like the king bed coverings and pillows.

The staff are all extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is clean and well looked after. Connie in housekeeping was particularly amazing to us. We generally leave a very small amount of money for the people who clean our rooms when we travel. This is the first time ever we got a thank you note in return, from Connie. She told us she is the longest serving member of the hotel staff, having been there since opening.

Efficient and pleasant check in. Nice, clean room and relaxing hot shower. Perfect accommodation after a long day. We’ve stayed in every hotel in the area an this one is the best!
