Clean comfortable bed 3 ladies travelling a quad room plenty of room around bed friendly staff shame it is bed only breakfast would have been great

The place was fine. Obviously it was small, but they didn't need to be so shockingly cheap on the little, but important, things to have in the room like firm (not flimsy) plastic hangers, having a little shelf in the shower so you can put your shampoo/soap there, and a towel that will wrap all the way around you. They really don't need to be so cheap on these things. At least the window curtains were opaque which is important in London when it gets light so early in the morning.

Liked: clean, comfortable accommodation in walking distance of many restaurants and London museums. Friendly & helpful staff who looked after our bags after checkout.
Issues: patchy wifi
