A lovely hotel, close to Kensington and Knightsbridge.
Excellent service from the reception team, a lovely bar, and our room was perfect.

Our shower didn’t properly drain for every day of our stay until the last day when we left. Maintenance fixed it once but it somehow got worse. The second time it was fixed it finally worked but we left the next morning. We stood in a pool of our dirt every other time we showered.
Some of the staff were very nice. The lobby area was comfortable for our party to sit and hang out in. It’s walking distance to the tube.

very small room, horrible view from window ( no view ), the floor is not straight....etc....

Lovely Hotel
Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsLovely hotel with a good size room (for London standards). Close to trains, shops and restaurants, a good place to visit Kensington. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable.
