Over the years we’ve stayed here a lot. It’s in a good location with convenient parking at a good price. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean. The only minor negatives were the 4th floor corridor smelt quite musty and damp, the walls are quite thin and you can hear conversations next door and unfortunately the hotel was too busy to offer an extended late checkout but this wasn’t the end of the world.

We were given a room with an adjoining door. Was very noisy indeed.

This was the worst service i ever recie ed from a hotel. I checked in online but didn't stay. Room was not ready i had to wait until 3:30pm and was told the room still wasn't ready. I left and had to fi d another hotel at the last minute. I must say on my way out a gentleman by the name of Steve kept apologing and help put my suitcase in the uber ride i had to get again to get to another hotel. I wojld never ever stay at this hotel & will make sure my friends & family to stay away.

This hotel is very smoothly run. All staff was friendly and welcoming. There also is a dedicated greeter at the entrance and he could not have been nicer. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was beautiful.
