"What is unique that I really love about this property is that the area is so quaint & adorable. It looks like a little fairy princess forest with a small castle deep inside. "It was really great experience staying in Super 8 Mundelein. Staff is very nice and polite check in was very easy and quick and the room which they gave me is so nice and clean can't complain about anything in the room. "Overall for the price its a very efficient motel! Service was quick and friendly. It seems like they are upgrading some rooms and our room looked to be updated. The beds while old were fairly comfortable! The pillows where thin and their were some suspicious red dotted stains on both bed sheets. But after extensive searching there were no signs of active bugs! Its an older motel so keep ur expectations low. "

"Add said the room was a queen and after booking changed to a single but offered a $20 credit. No staff was there the whole weekend and never responded after I agreed to take the nonexistent credit. Bed had 2 small, very uncomfortable pillows ended up buying some of our own at Walmart. Door had a large space between the floor and door frame letting significant drafts of cold air in."
