"Came for navy graduation , it’s a great area , hotel was clean ,beds was the Best I have slept on in a hotel in a long time .laundry machines $1.25 great priced , didn’t try the food But plenty of restaurants all within 30 second -5 min drive . Pool was pretty clean . Room was great & roomy with a nice couch … coulda used a microwave in the room & no freezer was in the small fridge … but it was still great !!! "

"It was lovely to have a hotel stay that is friendly for kids right on the beach of Lake Michigan. Illinois beach hotel is a historic building that is well kept up and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. I was impressed with the nice mattresses, clean sheets and soft towels. The view from our balcony was beautiful and made for a memorable stay. The restaurant had a menu with a good variety (invluding vegetarian and GF options) and everything was well made and fresh (not frozen). The wait staff at Nolan's were hustling to serve us at every meal and made for a nice experience. "
