"Enjoyed my stay- 10/10"

"I'm not exaggerating when I say the entire stay was perfect. Rooms were beautiful, felt like a luxury studio apt., I unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of the fitness room or free breakfast but I'm sure they're splendid. The area is perfect and quiet. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, freeway, a shopping center. The staff is what sold me though to be honest, wonderful ladies who answered all my questions and made me feel like I was some VIP. No seriously! I've enjoyed many hotels but...

"Stayed a couple days and they never came to clean the room. I asked for new towels and they said they could quickly put our towels in a machine? Even the towels at the pool ran out when we asked for a few they gave us 2. Then the remotes in the room didn’t work for the new tvs so we had to pick one Channel for the whole trip. "

"The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. The pool was not heated, the whirlpool was nice. "

"The staff is very friendly and approachable. They will handle any problems. I have stayed several times and honestly it's a relaxing place when you're in need of that"

"Our room met our needs as we were only staying overnight. Friendly staff and the continental breakfast was very nice. I'm sure this area is beautiful in the Summer wit hall the little shops in the area! "
