Overall, satisfied, was clean and updated rooms. Pullout couch could have had cleaner pillows and blanket. Coffee was unavailable upon check-out, but was good the rest of the days 😊

The rooms were nice, staff was pleasant. However they stopped replenishing, and started breaking down breakfast buffet 15-20 minutes early.

The breakfast was not the best. The coffee was water and apple juice was always out! The bed was sinking in the middle over was not the best!

The lady at the desk was on the phone with a friend when I came for help she was very disrespectful predigest when I walked away I was around the corner getting my bags together and you heard her saying to her friend this white boy this this white boy that in the ghetto eat voice ever mind you she was white but could tell she wanted to be a diffrent race. I was told the room I was staying in had certain amenities and sure didn’t and I was told it was my fault when i specifically asked if there was and was told there was. A lot of drug smoking and drunk people in the parking lot and a loud group of young sport players running up and down the halls yelling. My child could not sleep due to this.
