Great place to stay for a Longwood visit

Room was clean and nicely decorated. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. But once person covering breakfast was not enough.
Noise from traffic on the highway at the rear of the hotel made sleeping very difficult. In addition the roar from the in room heating unit was irritating.

The heat and television did not work . Fairfield said to contact Expedia to request a refund. V

We had NO HEAT. Our friends booked through hotel direct and they receive refund for stay. We were told we have to contact Expedia for refund. How can I do that?
