First off, I’ll say that the staff was fabulous at this property and went over and beyond to be kind and helpful & the dinner we had was wonderful. My only disappointment was the lack of relaxing spaces outside of our room. There is a “living room” and an outdoor gas firepit, but for the cost of the hotel it felt like there should be more than 1 spot to cozy up and read a book by a fire. Also the options to eat your breakfast or lunch were in your room or in the same small living room. Spa staff were very kind, but again, not fabulous accommodations. 10/10 for the staff but overall felt like the property amentities and grounds didn’t warrant the $900 a night queen bedroom price tag.

Room was extremely small. Room had angled ceilings so had to duck to get into bed.
Private dining was terrible. Extremely expensive, too dark, poor service, food was not good and they sat us by the service area where we could hear all the banging of dishes.

A experience. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. I appreciate all the extra touches. Definitely a 5 star experience and can’t wait to come back.

Very good service from the staff and a beautiful setting. They delivered coffee to the room in the mornings, but you had to pick a time; restaurant was fantastic; they had bicycles on site for guest use and a fleet of different models of Mercedes to drive. The rooms were a little small and you could hear activity outside the door. It was a relaxing spot and I may stay again if I could
Get a larger room.

This is a five-star experience in Kennebunkport. Close to beach and to town. Beautiful rooms and property. Always ready to assist with any needs. The morning coffee delivered to our room is always a treat. Attentiveness to our needs is top notch.
