"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. "The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton. Locks on the exterior door to the house, as well as to the main entrance doors to the two apartments were missing strike place, which means that the deadbolt goes into the wooden door frame, which provides no security against a kick to the door. "Food and drinks are pricey. A beer is $9. Yikes!! The Bear Claw cafe was so yummy!! The oat bowls were huge, the donuts were to die for!! EVERY single staff member we had contact with was amazing. Very good customer service, very accommodating, super helpful and beyond polite. The shuttle to the falls was awesome and so helpful. "
