We stayed in the luxury sea view room, it was a beautiful and spacious room, very clean.
The hotel is a great location and the owner was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay.
Also the filtered water is amazing.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and like nothing was to much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and very close to all the attractions of Brighton - even see the sea from the bar. Our room was exceptional having everything you could need, inc bubble bath for the bath which just was an absolute treat.
All the staff we met were lovely helpful and friendly. Breakfast cooked to order so not only delicious and beautifully presented but hot and fresh, with plenty of choice, we felt great value for money.
Parking is a nightmare but if you can park out the front pay by phone and is only £17.40 for 24 hours - very reasonable for Brighton. We both loved our stay our only regret was not staying longer. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying again. Thank you so much.
