"Staff rummaged through my belongings and stole my valuables. Items stolen required sophisticated search techniques. Lip service from management only. Do not leave anything behind if you leave your room. And to top that off, first night stay no air conditioning…they could not fix and sweat box all night with little sleep. Other than moving me to another room , not even offering me a free cocktail from a terrible sleep in plus 26. You just would not expect this from such a high calibre hotel...

"This is a lovely setting and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable - the only issues we had were that one of the electrical outlets was dead and the ceiling fan wasn’t operational, so had to swap out electrical charging station for portable fan to sleep. But VERY minor issues given the very comfortable rooms and baths, delicious food, and obvious desire on everyone’s part to make us feel at home. Stevie and Espíe were especially delightful and accommodating."

Upon arrival the host Ryan warmly welcomed me, as he made our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this guesthouse to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ryan for going just that little step extra for the guests!"
