In summary, this resort offers a wide range of activities, entertainment, and dining options. The staff also try to help and address your needs; however, there are specific areas that require significant improvement. I am sharing this review not to criticize the facility or the staff, but rather to contribute to their efforts in improving service quality and attracting more guests.
- It is essential for the staff, particularly the receptionists, to meet stringent proficiency requirements in English. As the first point of contact for guests from diverse backgrounds, it is unreasonable to expect all visitors to speak Turkish. Effective English communication is fundamental in the hospitality industry, and the inability of the staff to answer basic inquiries—such as directions for shopping or details about the resort's facilities—cost us time and money and diminished our overall experience during our ten-day stay.
- The quality of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages should be significantly improved. The ice cream house was also a disappointment. The variety was very limited, and their scoops are the size of a teaspoon.
- While we were informed that children could be left at the kids' club for certain activities, the ten-minute ride from the main building to the kid’s club made it impractical for us to leave our children and return later for pickup. This situation hindered our ability to fully enjoy the offerings of the resort.
