Gr Solaris in Cancun has truly become our favorite getaway. The staff are extraordinary, always going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay is perfect. The food is of the highest quality, with every meal being delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully maintained facilities to the seamless service, creates an exceptional experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a luxurious vacation. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return!

This hotel was extremely run down, particularly the bathroom. When we requested to upgrade our rooms, the manager said it would be an extra £500-600. He literally scammed us every time, even when we asked him for recommendations to visit places in Antalya, he almost doubled the prices of everything. Also, no wifi in the bedrooms! Only in the dining and lobby of the hotel, extremely inconvenient, unless you don’t mind paying €3 a day for wifi … The only good thing about the hotel was the waiters, who were extremely lovely and kind boys. Keep an eye out for Taxi’s scamming you, as the two centre is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive, which isn’t bad, but they charge you would recommend 150lr… so we walked half the time. The hotel offered a shuttle but he was never there on time and often left earlier than the time he was suppose to, so often we were waiting for him but he never turned up.

The staff at Grand Viking are truly amazing. I think catering for a wider market food wise could help but the overall quality was top not and value for money.

За время пребывания(а мы были очень долго)), отель стал домом. Замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный. Сам отель в замечательном месте, удобный трансфер, разнообразное питание.У меня ни одного минуса или претензии,если бы вернулась в Кемер,то только в сюда. 10 из 10!

Absolutely amazing - highly recommended

What a gem! I highly recommend this hotel. I am an Expedia gold card member and stay 75+ nights a year in hotels so my experience here is hopefully of value to the reader. It started with a top class check in. Very friendly and professional staff. I was in room 205 and it was spotless, spacious and had a super comfortable bed. I had a kettle, tea, coffee, snacks and biscuits plus water in the room. There was a little minibar fridge. The furnished balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit and relax on it. There was always hot water available in the room and the air conditioner worked well. The furniture in the room was functional, new and well maintained. The hotel itself had a cozy feel and was very clean everywhere. It’s located not far from the centrum and set in a peaceful natured area. The hotel driver was however available to take guests to the beach or centrum but I enjoyed the walks. I did use his service once and it was professional and good. The food was tasty and fresh. I never saw so many variations of cheese in any Turkish breakfast so no expense was spared when they catered. I don’t drink alcohol but there were plenty non alcoholic options available. The lady who made the gozleme was delightful, a real asset to their business. She made the best gozleme ever. There was always something available to eat or drink so it was a proper all inclusive set up. There was nothing that I can fault this hotel on. It was a 5 star experience and I will be back - soon! Thank you.

Daha odaya girer girmez, temizlik konusunda sıkıntı oldufunu zaten gördük. Banyo tavanından su akıyordu. Öğlen yemeği o kadar kötü görünüyordu ki sadece yoğurt yiyip kalkmak zorunda kaldık. Ve otelde bir gece bile konaklamadan ayrıldık. Malesef paramız çöpe gitti.
