First of all the terrible smell in and around the hotel was sometimes unbearable. Our toilet was never once cleaned during the entire stay, room service was terrible, we had to ask for fresh bed sheets because no one was changing them after 4days, only the rubbish in the bin was removed, reception guy working night shift on the 08 of August was so unprofessional busy chatting on WhatsApp when we asked him about room service hours he said he didn’t know, he was on his cellphone. The massage guy who called himself the manager was soo annoying, always nagging asking us if we needed a massage, we couldn’t move freely, everytime we saw him we had to walk the other way afraid of being asked if we needed a massage. Guy please let people enjoy their holiday stop nagging. Very thin cheap toilet paper, flies all over the food, children touching the food, dirty soup containers, the rice was slightly sour, uncovered food not clean enough for a 4star hotel, NEVER coming back

First of all, thank you for the evaluation and comment. We did research on cleaning, the accommodation took place between 04.08.24-13.08.24. According to hauskeeping reports on 06.08.24, 11.08.24, 13.08.24, there was a DO NOT DISTURB door card on the door. The room was cleaned outside these dates. Cleaning hours are between 08:00-16:00, outside these hours, towels, sheets and necessary materials are provided upon request. Necessary warnings and trainings were made to the staff. The QUALITY CONTROL department was informed about the restaurant and food and the necessary checks and corrections were made. We will try to be better with your valuable evaluation. Thank you.

I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room.
Food is basic and not something you will enjoy, entertainment team, they jave stuff to do during the day for example teaching dance, but stated clearly no children, not be politely either. There is no parking either.
When we chexked out, the guy took key from me, no thanks for staying with us, or have a nice day, just took key.
I wouldnt recommended this hotel to people, for what i paid its pretty poor, basic and staff very poor, lady in reception in particular.

Küçük TV ve terlik yok
Posted 6 May 2024 on HotelsOdalar yeterli büyüklükte banyo ve balkon iyi. Ama odadaki TV çok eski ve çok küçük 37 ekran ve ayaklı. yıl 2024 olmuş duvara asılı büyük LCD TV koymak çok ta zor olmamalı. Markası önemli değil en ucuz modelde olur, yeter ki büyük olsun. Ayrıca terlik yoktu resepsiyonu arayıp kağıt terlik istedim, bizim konseptimizde yok dedi. Kağıt terlik nedir ki 10 TL lik birşey. Yemekler orta kalite çeşit çok yok.

13 Nächte im Eldar Resort Hotel
Posted 28 Oct 2023 on HotelsIm gross und ganzem hatten wir im Eldar Resort Hotel eine schöne Zeit verbracht.
Positiv war:
+ Die Lage ist gut
+ Der Pool hatte uns gut gefallen
+ Das Essen bzw. Buffet war besser als erwartet
+ Wir hatten stehts einen freien Parkplatz
+ Einige Hotelmitarbeitende, insbesondere der Bademeister, waren freundlich und motiviert
Negativ war:
- Ab und zu roch es wegen der Kläranlage in der nähe nicht sehr angenehm
- Die Mehrheit der Hotelmitarbeitende waren eher kühl und nicht so motiviert
- Die Zimmer könnten eine kleine Renovation vertragen
- Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können
- Die Liegestühle am Strand waren uns zu nahe aneinander gestellt
- Der Spa Bereich im Hotel war überhaupt nicht einladend und die männlichen Spa Mitarbeitenden waren total unfreundlich
Auch wenn wir trotzdem eine schöne Zeit hatten, würden wir das nächste Mal in einem anderen Hotel absteigen.

Dålig hotellupplevelse
