Room was just OK. No elevator to the room. Stairs to the room were very dirty. Food in the main Resturant is mediocre. Lots of it but lacks taste ( quantity vs. quality).

It is a very good hotel for the price. I don’t think other hotels will offer something much different than this. There are a few things that I would emphasize about food and service. Food is rather ordinary, nothing to be impressed. I think they don’t know how to prepare seafood. The shrimp are always overcooked and the crawfish salty and overcooked. The rest of dishes are decent. There are some employees of the hotel who do not like to work and are very stingy when giving fruit. Had a few time where the employee refused to give me more watermelon. I couldn’t understand the reason but I think it was because she didn’t want to cut more.

The rooms smelled of dampness , there was only WiFi in the rooms and not around the hotel. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all and at time every rude. The food availability was limited and would start taking food away at 9:45 when breakfast would finish at 10:30am . The outside stools will run out of food and then you are limited to the choice of food. There were very few high chairs for toddlers and babies and I had to feed our child in our push chairs most meal times, we would ask staff for the high chair and they would say there is no more .

We are re-creating our way with your valuable comments and suggestions. As main policy, our aim is to ensure that expectations of each Guest are met and exceeded, and we are deeply sorry that certain areas of the hotel did not meet your expectations. We assure that relevant feedback was shared with our department managers and whole related departments, the corrective measures will be taken in the appropriate time in order to avoid comments of this nature in the future. We wish you provided us information like your room number or at least your name and surname so that we could take the corrective measures or to see if there was any recorded complaint coming from you during your stay. I would like to mention that our breakfast time is till 10:00, from 10:00 to 11:00 o'clock there is late breakfast which menu is not as rich as the main breakfast's one, that is why many of the dishes are taken away around 10:00 o'clock. But nonetheless there is still variety of food to choose from even after 10:00. We have enough baby chairs to satisfy the needs of our little guests. Unfortunately, there might be a lack of baby chairs during the busiest hour; it is physically impossible to provide a highchair for every child if the guests with babies/toddlers come to the restaurant at the same time. We are sorry for inconvenience. We value you as our Guest and do hope to make amends and welcome you on your future visits to Antalya!
