"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Air conditioning around the elevator is not working properly. Communication is not good enough because the language barrier, but that’s understandable. Overall is a great place to stay for a few days."

"Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful."

"Very comfortable hotel, ideal for our overnight stay during flight transfers. Has a mall attached to it for a bit of retail therapy or picking up any forgotten items! Staff are excellent and the tepenyaki bar is definitely worth visiting- excellent food and service!"

"Everything about the property and it's staff is excellent. The one thing for which the property has no control is the walkability around the area to go to places 15 or twenty minutes walk. It's an issue that there are either no side walks or they have been taken over by the storekeepers. To be honest, many neighborhoods around hotel properties in USA are also not walkable. Not that the stores have overtaken the space, rather these areas are only car friendly. Side walks do not exist. This issue is in rural and suburban America. While here the issue is in big cities "

"It was generally satisfying experience thanks to the employees' kindness and hard work. But I smelled a bit unpleasent thing from the blanket. I am not sure of where it came from, but it would have been better if they had cared about hygiene and smell. Except that, everything was hard to be complained. "
