Room- we stayed on L401 and it has to be the best room at this hotel. My family and I will stay here from now on for our Queenstown trips"

"We had a group of 8 staying 3 nights, we booked a 2-bedroom apartment and one superior queen room. We were very happy with the service; we had a bit of a mix-up with the booking company, but this was accommodated by the hotel promptly. Very clean, and polite. There are older elements that could be updated (e.g. tapware and bath etc.) but they do the job just fine for the price, the service and being within walking distance to the waterfront more than make up for this. I have not complaints and would happily book again."
