It seems that room service/cleaning doesn’t know that if you clean the room, once upon a time you have to clean under the bed too. We had to move the bed once because something felt on the floor. Hair from the previous guests in the shower. Limited choice of convenience / microwave food. But the top of all was the lady at the reception who hardly spoke German nor English when asking if we could change the room. How is it possible for a company like Wyndham Europe? If this would happen in one of the US based hotels, I would bad service categorize this as “common” but in Germany????

Convenient to airport, clean and courteous staff. Not much around this area. Can walk 20 minutes to train station and go to the old city about 20 minute ride. Otherwise taxi to train station or old city.

Nice Hotel, no airport shuttle
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsNice, we love the fact that pullout couch was in a separate room from the bedroom. Only challenge was that there was no standard shuttle service from the Frankfurt airport, so we had to take an Uber.
