It would have been nice to know the outdoor pool was not working. We did however use the indoor pool and it was a decent alternative. But the front staff guys were really nice. Def would go back.

Our room was nice and big with parking right in front so we can see our motorcycle. The staff was friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I will definitely stay here again.

There were several small broken things in the room. The lamps, the door latch, etc. the rooms smelled strongly of Febreze, Glade and Bounce.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable walls are paper, thin, and heard the neighbours all evening and into the night. Floors have water damage and look horrible. Bedside lamps didn’t work, AC was up high and no remote to start it

We had the water shut off for 2 significant portions of the days. Along with this the outdoor pool was unusable for over 24 hours as it was needed to be treated as it turned brown. Along with this the cleaning staff would come inconveniently early and when they did clean the room they did not clean the bathroom. Only emptied the trash and exchanged the towels if needed. When I brought the water shut off to the staff when checking out they stated they would give a small credit back on my cc but never followed through even after I asked directly how this would happen.

This is THE NOST DISGUSTING place I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Dirty! Run down and what seemed like temporary short term housing. Checked four different rooms before having to settle in one but left first thing the next morning. I didn’t even want my dogs I. The floor. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
The only good thing was the help from the Expedia rep I spoke with! Helpful
