The lobby was impressive, the service was good. I liked the online check in process. The room was very average, facing the next door hotel parking lot. The bathroom was dingy- what was once grey grout was black, and the glass doors were scummy at the bottom. Water pressure was terrible. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast included. Airport shuttle was a convenient option but was late on pick up. We felt the price was high for the value- likely wouldn’t stay again.

The room is beautiful. The only negative is that I was by myself and had to carry/drag my heavy suitcase from the fenced area that was not paved to the lobby. I also had to ask around how to get in the fenced area as it was locked. But this was only a very small part. The rest is amazing. I absolutely enjoyed the rest.

Cheap, in that no breakfast was offered, had to pay $20 / person to go to the hotel restaurant to grab a breakfast, and $10 parking per night. In room fridge was noisy, rattling all night so I unplugged it. Everything was clean and working in this hotel, from what I saw.

Nice hotel but very expensive as we found the room to be just an ordinary hotel room. No breakfast for the $$$ we spent for the room. Good airport transfers both fellows we dealt with very nice and helpful. Living in the US we are used to top quality hotel rooms for the price we paid in Canada. Probably will not stay in this hotel again when we travel to Canada
