Superb location - easy walking to everything.
Staff and facilities brilliant (coffee/hotwater on tap, free cycle hire). The only issues were the creaking floor upstairs and the bath didn't empty as quickly as it should. But a lovely hotel with a fab vibe, would stay in a Zed again.

The property is nice and close to the downtown. When we stayed the hot tub unfortunately wasn’t working. Otherwise the property is small but decent if you are looking to stay in the downtown area

Cool little place right by the beach and in the heart of downtown Kelowna. I enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very helpful and polite. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, bars, or take a stroll along the boardwalk and check out the lake and harbor. Tons of stuff to see and do. Fair amount of homelessness and general rowdiness at night, but nothing too crazy. All in all a pleasant experience at Hotel Zed Kelowna! 👌 😃

Funky decor. Brought back lots of memories. Help was excellent. Great location can walk to the boardwalk and the downtown stores.

Great location and most of the property was clean. The carpet outside the rooms were dirty and a bandaid was there for 3 days ? Maybe coffee machines in the units as opposed to office coffee ?

Hotel Zed was the perfect place to stay in Kelowna for a couple of nights. It had a really fun vibe about the place! Great location close to all amenities and ample free parking on site too. Nice to be able to rent the bikes for free (a great way to see the town) and also a little 'spa' area with sauna, hot tub and small pool. The room had a strange smell, despite it being cleaned and breakfast as an option would have been nice. But otherwise, would definitely stay again!
