Air conditioning was not working at all in all the 8 rooms we had booked. Maintenance didn’t help us much.

Unable to set AC at 24. Default is 22.

The bathroom shower area does not have a fully closable glass panel. It is only half closed and because of the gap the water comes out when taking a shower. The bathroom exhaust mechanism is not working or it needs improvement. Water does not evaporate from the bathroom and creates a musty odor. Room fresheners will not solve this and may affect those who are sensitive to fragrances. Especially request to change the spray used in elevators.
Also I have requested a taxi to the airport to be picked up and called in to ensure I was being picked up. Still no taxi was sent over. Communication between the hotel and booking platforms needs to be improved as messages sent over by guests such as me (sent from expedia.com could not be read by the hotel staff).
Service staff in the restaurant were welcoming and Beds were great and I was able to sleep well.
AC was working but the air circulation or fan speed was poor. Maybe a fan could solve this?
The restaurant was spacious and several food options are there. I really liked the restaurant and the food. Tried Breakfast buffet.
Room was affordable.

Hygiene is an issue, because the drinking water provided in the room was refilled manually.
