"Quiet, clean and very comfortable. The overall stay was great! Parking is definitely an issue in the area and can be confusing as the hotel is on pedestrian only roads. We recommend just parking at the port and walking to the hotel (~400m). This is a boutique hotel, so rooms are small, but not an issue if like us, you are just needing a room to sleep while you adventure. Breakfast is included (place your order the night before) and the portiond are massive (no complaints with that!)"

"Beautiful hotel with spacious, tastefully decorated areas that embrace a minimalist style. Our room was large, well-furnished, and comfortable, with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. However, the shower is combined with the bathtub and only partially enclosed by a curtain, which doesn’t fully prevent water from splashing outside, making it a bit inconvenient. "We absolutely loved our stay in Nafplio at the Castellanos. What a wonderful town! The staff were exceptionally wonderfully and helpful. The place was clean, great views from all the rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, they even did room service for us one morning! Family of 5 all agreed this was a favorite. We would book this again. "

"The place is beautiful. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. It's right on the edge of the tourist area and there's a lot of foot traffic day and night. The parking stinks. If you are driving, you may have to park a fair distance away. "

"This stunning boutique hotel is located by the waterfront and is central to all that beautiful Nafplio has to offer. Staff were excellent and everyone was friendly. We stayed in the Dream room and had a lovely view."

"Location is amazing - you can see the fortress from the windows, and it's a nice quiet part of the old town. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and to the sites in the old town. Nikos is very nice and responsive - he is the best part of the stay. Only stairs - no elevator, and could be a little cleaner. The hotel itself is a little older and in need of some renovations, but is fine for a night or two for the price. "

"Lovely and quiet setting on the hillside. Wonderful staff, thank-you Sakis. Parking is above the property, and a rough cobblestone path to the hotel, they will send a video showing the route in, its not hard to follow. Enjoy this lovely little town."

"Very friendly stuff, I stay first night in the room next to the reception and entrance it was noisy and not comfortable, next day they change it to the backyard (thank u irina )room it's comfortable and private, good breakfast buffet with nice atmosphere in the garden, the hotel is close to the center , I highly recommend it. "Amazingly great place! Staff was top notch! Restaurant recommendations, help with their parking lot, friendly-just so welcoming! Room was big and clean, breakfast over the top. This is the best hotel we have been in for a LONG time.Yes, a walk into town, but on quiet streets. Shiny, new, cared for: this is the very, very nice hotel you love! One caveat to the hotel: too heavy on the cleaning perfume. Those of us with sensitive noses are requesting much less smelly!"
