The list of things that were bad with this place is long but some were very filthy floors( looks like they hadn'tmopped for a year, our socks and slippers were black), broken toilet-my hubby wound up fixing it because the staff made it worse), shower knob was stuck and worked very hard, empty poop stations(no bags) for entire 8 night stay, some very rude staff, dirty microwave, scratchy sheets & pillow cases, most of staff couldn't speak English, the two things that were good about was the restaurant inside the hotel was excellent food and service and the lobby had nice big gas fireplaces. It was suppose to be a pet friendly hotel but they treated us like crap just because we had an ESA Yorkie, tells us not suppose to leave him in the room but yet not allowed to bring him to the cafeteria with us, very ironic! One of the front desk girls was usually sleeping behind the desk or on her cell phone but has the nerve to threaten to call the cops on us and put us on a DNR list just because we asked for some compensation for all the inconveniences or at least a discounted rate for an additional night. She absolutely doesn't belong in customer service, very rude! Also couldn't resolve it through general manager because they don't work Friday, Saturday or Sunday!!

Hi Rebecca,I received your email on Sunday, unfortunately I do not work Sunday however I was here on Friday and Saturday, so on Sunday my manager tried his best to take care of the situation however we could not provide you the free stay as it was 8 night third party booking. During these 8 days we just heard one thing about the toilet not flushing, we immediately took care of that and we have maintenance report with video evidence that what time we got the complaint and within two hours it was resolved, however we apologies for the inconvenience. We could not allow you stay more night for free or complementary as you requested me in the email, and I am surprised you demanded one more night to stay even after you had so many problems here. Our house person refills bags every morning, and I can say that during your stay also it happened as my team reviewed the camera footage however we have plenty of bags at front desk, you can always ask for. We do not allow the pet all alone in the room without leash as we observe that pets keep barking when they are alone and it is very obvious as it is a new place for them however it disturbs other guests, so after receiving complaints from the other guest about this, we had to request you not to keep your dog alone or keep the leash on whatever is suitable however we did not get any response hence we had to keep the next rooms empty for whole week. We apologies for the inconvenience during your stay however our staff also deserves dignity and respect from the guest. We do not allow swear words, still we apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you.

They were quick, clean and efficient. There were plenty of amenities to keep kids entertained as well.

I walked into the bathroom and there was hair and a turd in the tub I had to go by stuff to clean it

It was all good. Pool water not warm enough
