"Hotel was an excellent standard for this type of resort hotel and in low season very good value, The buffet breakfasts, included in room rate, had many options and were equally good value, the staff were friendly at all times, and unlike previous hotels I'd tried the rooms had comfortable, cushioned furniture and a desk. Minor negatives were the smell of drains in the bathroom, and the beach alongside the hotel which was narrow and shelved steeply into the Bali/Lombok strait."

"Fabulous service from Manager/ Chef Mr Hambi & Sales Manager Ms Karen who rendered kind consideration & genuine helpfulness regarding my Expedia's stay cancellation due to Indonesia immigration limit of 30 days👍👍👍👍👍✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Chef instructed staff to prepare my favourite masala tea. Whereas Karen sought management's approval for accommodation refund & extended complimentary spa treatment. SOOOO... IMPRESSIVE!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Additionally, ALL service staff are so friendly & engaging 👏👏👏👏👏 Furthermore the ocean suite is very spacious & balcony overlooking the expansive shoreline & enchanting waves. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. Our check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room quality was very basic, with a run-down bathroom that was far from acceptable. For a hotel with high reviews, the poor room and bathroom conditions were shocking. The service was equally disappointing. We ordered food and drinks, but the drinks were forgotten, and when I raised this, there was no follow-up. The assistant initially offered to waive our lunch bill as an apology for the issues, but later changed it to drinks only. At checkout, I was surprised to see that I was still being charged for the drinks, and it took them another 5 minutes to sort it out after I questioned the bill. To add to the confusion, I was told one price for a taxi to the airport, but when we checked out, the hotel charged me a lower price. I questioned this, and they insisted it was correct. However, during the ride to the airport, the driver received a phone call saying we had underpaid. This was very frustrating, especially since the confusion was entirely on the hotel's end. Overall, the service was poor"
