The knob to flush the toilet didn’t work so we had to lift the tank lid to flush the toilet. The dryer also didn’t work. But the price can’t be beat and the front desk employee was friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t even get out of my car because of the crackheads grilling in the parking lot outside their van.

The young man that worked the night shift was very polite and helpful. Just some areas that need new carpet and some need shampooing. Easy on and off from the freeway.

It's been a long time since I've been in such a nasty room. Mildew smelling rug, a a roach to greet us in the tub. Didn't explore anything else, after that.

This property was the worst property I’ve seen /been in. First the people outside the hotel made me uneasy. Upon going in to the room that was assigned the carpet going up the stairs to the second floor was torn and dirty. The smell of marijuana was present and just not a clean smell at all. Once we got to the room we pulled back the sheets and there were a lot of bugs on the sheets. I then went to the reception desk and told him what we found. He said he would give me another room but I just did not want to stay in a place like this. He did not even go to look for himself about the bugs which made me think he knew the hotel had them. With that said at least he did say that I could get a refund. I called Expedia and got Rain which was very helpful. She guaranteed me that I would receive a refund and I do see that this is happening.
