Amazing exceptional friendly staff, we are visiting from USA , I've forgot my cellphone inside the taxi, with the effort of MR.Emre at front desk and his several phone conversation with taxi departments, finally he found the driver and my cellphone. I wanted to thanks him for all his kindness.

Kayak tatili için geldik 3 kişi Aile Suiti’nde kaldık, yarım saatte dağa varabiliyorsunuz. Oda, su sıcaklığı gayet iyi konforluydu. Bir odadaki bir çarşaf kirliydi onun dışında her şey güzeldi

Great apartment-style hotel in Kayseri. The location is convenient for city sights and public transit. The unit was well cared for and adequately supplied for simple cooking. The elevator is a bit noisy, but that was the only downside. Staff at reception speak minimal English - just enough to get you checked in.

Clean. Functional and easy

Was surprised at how spacious the room was. Modern snd in great shape, even a washer/ dryer. The neighbourhood not too exciting but I found it perfect for a short stay.
