From the outside the hote looks quite run down, but owner Ken has really done up the rooms- very clean and tidy; basic but comfortable. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were there on a Friday, when the bar goes til midnight, but closes at 9 all other nights.

Cold. Hard bed. Change nylon sheets to cotton. Heater on all night no difference in temp. Expired 5month milk in fridge. Friendly welcoming staff.

This place is so unbelivible dirty. It is a shame to call it an hotel. We had never seen such dirty and old place. The room was so small and you could not have anything on the floor because the dirt! The toilet as we shared with a permanent had never been cleaned!
