"All good except I am unable to wear the nightgown the hotel provided . Look old and dirty and wear and tear at side ! Carpet is tear off between the joining points. Thank goodness the cleaner is done their cleaning on room clean to sacrificing me. Very good!"

"The " breakfast' is coffee or tea and white bread. If you are mobility impaired,in poor health or have heavy luggage there are many,many stairs from reception just to ground floor and very dangerous narrow stairs to upper floors. No elevator. It's a lovely hotel but the stairs could be a major issue for many people!"

"Overall OK. Bed too soft. There are rooms to improvement. Mold at shower room and coffee stained on the mug Staff are friendly and problem are attended promptly "

"Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator who turned out to be the owner - just super friendly and wanted to know how we were enjoying our time in town. Would stay here again next we are in town."
