"It was a great experience for us, three adults and one 13yrs boy, staying this place for 4nights in Ikebukuro. It was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, 2 tv, big living room with 2 tables. The front desk was very nice letting us to have our relatives visiting us and letting us to extend more 2 hours of checking out paying extra 5000 yen, $40.-or so. "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...
