Great place to stay
Posted 14 Sep 2021 on HotelsThis was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel .
They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. The Spa was amazing and the hotel is situated in a wonderful beautiful valley
The food was excellent as well and reasonably priced

Posted 19 Aug 2019 on HotelsVery good hotel with excellent facilities, good food, very friendly staff, secure parking, pool and saunas all excellent, large en-suite room with separate toilet and bathroom, big shower, good internet, things I would change, keep the bar open a little later, upgrade the pillows and room decor getting a little tired but that's being picky

Pros: They did have a great tasting home made cake in the afternoon.... sadly this did not compensate for all the other unhappy elements of our stay.
Location: Quiet location with very few options for alternative places to have dinner !
In serious need of an update. Shower was broken. The room lighting extremely dull / dark.
Restaurant was horribly warm and despite statements to the contrary did not offer any A La Carte options for evening dinner. Parking spaces were also very limited. Breakfast was aweful. The yogurt at the buffet had a long black hair in it and the hot chocolate I ordered never arrived..... with less than 8 people there to serve at the time we had breakfast !!
