Stayed here twice in this trip, and both times were put in rooms with humming noise from the AC! Couldn't sleep peacefully. Eventually, found a room on fourth floor that was relatively quiter. The staff in the front desk can only speak Bengali, Hindi, and English! For a hospitality service provider, there should be atleast one native language speaker to support guests. Now for the positive... if you book your room with breakfast included, it is an awesome deal. The breakfast is something that's not to be missed. And great courteous service too. Overall, given our choices for stays in the area, this is one of the best that I'll recommend confidently.

Property is good but its location isn't ... Like an oasis in desert ...

I have no idea if expedia is to be blamed or the hotel . Though expedia had said pay at the property my credit card was debited with out informing me ,Well before my check in time.

What can I say about this hotel? We expected better it being a Fortune Park by ITC hotel and one of the few "luxury" hotels in Vellore right beside GRT Hotels, which we should have stayed there to begin with. We stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel front staff and offered a welcome drink which was refreshing. We booked a Deluxe Room which came with 2 twin beds. I am not sure what the deal in India is but when guest of 3 adults stay in a room, you would think that they would give you a room with a double/queen or king bed plus a rollaway bed which we had to order extra. Anyhow the room was very tiny for 3 adults to move around as the roll-away bed took extra space. Here's the pros and cons of the hotel: Pros: a) location - central to a lot of different amenities in the town /city b) Getting an upgrade to a club room Cons: a) Poor food selection in the breakfast buffet. b) Inattentive staff in the kitchen. c) Food kept open where it attracted insects. d) Rude staff in the front desk - I had asked for an extra key and these are the answers I had received: i) I will get my colleague to come with you and to open the door. I had to re-iterate that I want an extra key. ii) "Please return the key in the morning" - Again I had to re-iterate that I wanted an extra key e) Stains on the sheets/bedding and dirty cups in the room (see attached photos) Why should I pay that much when the sheets are dirty and not clean? Totally unacceptable.

Amazing place to stay with some great restaurant option.i love the environment and good test of food from Orcid and skydiving. Spa ans swimming pool is most relaxing also very cheap. Exeptional customer service. Very helpful and kind. My next visit will be more longer with them. Though i stayed only 5 nights. Oh do not miss there buffet breakfast.

Housekeeping staff was amazing - especially Gunu. I was travelling with my parents and he took good care and treated us all very well. Resturant, food and service was great, we really enjoyed all the food. Front reception staff was good as well. Gym and pool were good as well.

I have been a regular customer to this property for the past three years. This is a wholesome hotel with staff from CheckIn to dining to cleaning, working cohesively to give me and my family pleasant stay. I have gotten consistent experience which is what draws me back to this hotel. Few shoutouts: Rishad and the front desk women are pleasant and welcoming. Whether it is a request at 2am or 10pm, you can be guaranteed your request will be looked after swiftly. Arivazhagan works cordially with all departments to give customers worry free stay. Mahalaxmi from the restaurant remembers customers and orders and will surprise us with her care and service. Ponnurangam and other security folks work around the clock while keeping a smile. Balaji who is the GM, sets a great example to everyone at this hotel. He has set standards which gives us experience similar to that of a tier 1 city hotel.
