Very nice hotel in great central location with lots of cafés, shops and restaurants nearby, friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities

Amazing service, staff were very attentive, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was top notch, everyone was kind, patient and friendly. Would recommend to anyone coming to Cyprus. I look forward to coming again. Thank you so much for a wonderful, fantastic stay. Unmatchable service.

The location has a bunch of low end beach stores around it with a large unfinished/ abandoned building across the street. The M is a converted Motel type property and it still has some of that vibe, but mostly very well done.

We stayed for our wedding weekend and it could not have been better. The staff are extremely professional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They arranged a steamer for our wedding day oufits and taxi services as well as a post wedding upgrade. The restaurant Geppetto makes incredibly delicious food and the service there was seemless as well. 10 stars if it was possible. We will come back!!

A great new hotel that oozes effortless cool, in a prime location. It feels secluded from the outside world like a mini resort, and the facilities are great. The rooms are nicely decorated in a modern style, but are also comfortable places to spend a few hours. There were three annoyances that let this property down: 1. The pool is freezing! The air was a nearly constant 30 degrees during our stay, yet the pool was uncomfortably cold so that no-one stayed in it for more than 5 mins. 2. The main door to our room (301) let in loads of noise. This was not helped by the fact that the cleaning closet was outside our door and the cleaners stood around talking loudly from around 8:30 in the morning. 3. The cleaners were a real mixed bag - the room was never unclean, but quite often our mini bar or tea/coffee supplies were not restocked and our glasses were not cleaned/replaced. Additionally, there was no price list for either the mini bar or room service, which really put us off using them. Finally, because we had the audacity to not leave our room at 09:00 each day (instead often leaving between 10:30-11:30) we were asked multiple times on separate days by a cleaner when we were planning to go or if we didn’t want cleaning that day. It really made us feel like we were misbehaving in some way… Overall, this is a great place that I would stay at again, but there are some things to fix. Shoutout to Sophia and Joanna for the pool service!
