"Really nice convenient hotel. Reception really nice and helpful. Room clean. Room left unlocked by cleaner one day which wasn’t great. Thankfully nothing stolen. The pool bar is seperate to the hotel so you are not allowed your own food and drinks at the pool which wasn’t advertised and quite frustrating. The man at the bar was also quite rude and slammed a sign down next to us saying no food or drink. "

"Excellent hotel. Family friendly, great staff, good food. Beach and pools amazing although none of them heated so can be cold (we were there end of season) didn’t stop us though! Limited entertainment but nice vibe in the piazza area in the evenings."

"Really nice apartments and brilliant pool. Not much going on in the evenings or around the venue itself. A shuttle is provided at selected times however! Taxis are easy enough to get to and from hotel as the walk is just over 30 minutes to Sidari beach. Cost around €8 for taxi. Food was the same for all three meals but nice enough! "

"The staff went above and beyond from the moment we got there. The staff were all very kind and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the pool was very clean and the restaurant was delicious. We ended up eating there 3 nights in a row and had the best waitor and delicious food. "Fabulous property with great views and a lovely pool. 10 to 15 min walk into the lovely town of Kassiopi. There is a steep incline from the road up to the property but we tended to get a taxi back in the evenings as there is a taxi stop in the centre and only 5 euros right to your door. "Would have been a 5 star review, if not for the reduced levels of service and facilities due to the hotel closing for the end of season. As we paid full price, we should have received the same service as any other guest throughout the year. This is not the Ikos we have experienced in the past. "This is an amazing property with beachside service and some suites with pools. We loved all the dining choices. Its breakfast service is VAST and hadcl so mant choices. Even mix your own momosas and full specialty coffee options. This was truly a 5 star experience. Corfu town a short drive and has fabulous shopping! "

"Beautiful 2 bed apartment with all amenities. Overlooking Nee Fort and harbour. Anastasia was lovely at reception (9-5 weekdays), helped with organising transfers/tours. Also was available on WhatsApp. Breakfast could be ordered the day before via delivery from external restaurant (menu in room). Bins created every day and runs cleaned every 2 days. Many high quality restaurants (Greek/Italian) near by. "

"Lovely, friendly and helpful staff Great family hotel. Kids had lots of fun at the Aqua park. Loved the slides. Beach area was great, with lots of activities. Food was lovely, especially the seafood at the Deck Bar and Grill, by the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again. "
