Front desk staff was nice, friendly and cooperative, but room service and house keeping was pathetic. Especially room service manager was so pathetic and arrogant and when asked for his superiors name to complaint he said he is the final boss. I was in suit room, and when asked for coffee satchets they would send 1 or 2 and I always had to contact front desk for house keeping and room service. Such attitude and arrogance and lack in service is not expected from 5 star property such as this.
