"Spent a night here before flying out of Tirana. Room was nice, spacious with great bathroom and shower. We were provided with a cot for our daughter which was very nice. All staff friendly and helpful. Great pool with kids areas. Massive play park. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast included which was good (fruit, pastries, pancakes, yoghurt, hot food). About 20 min drive to the airport. Would recommend."

"It was terrible! They gave me key, but guess what happened? there was someone in the room. they changed my room but I couldn't sleep weel because I was thinking maybe someone can entry my room because they dont any check prosecedure or somethink like that. They can give other guest's key to you!"

"Horrible hotel. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower had now curtain so bathroom was flooded. None of the two restaurants had any food and I was told I needed to walk 1km to find a place to eat. The hotel is located around an industrial estate so clearly the hotel staff were fobbing me off. They need to update their website to inform guests of this and also let them know that they dont provide a shuttle to the airport. The taxi company they use rip tourists off by charging 3-4 times...

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the service exceeded our expectations.
