"It’s an extremely run down hotel. 80% of outdoor furniture are broken or rotted. So many safety hazards. They accept visitors from outside to the beach where they can all take the best spots and hotel residents have no privileges staying in the property. If you love the look of their beach photos you might as well stay in buildings behind for half of the cost and use the beach."

"Our stay at Mogons Exclusive did not start very well as we did not get the room we thought we had booked. A family room is not 2 bedrooms and a living room as advertised on Expedia (I’m taking that up with them) but is a bedroom with a/c and another room (or ante room) with a sofa bed and no a/c. So we ended up in a triple room that was very tight on space. It was on the 4th floor with a tiny balcony but great views over the pool. However we were woken every morning with chairs scraping in the restaurant area above. This started at 7am. I’m guessing staff were setting it up for breakfast and then carried on until 10:30. I slept with ear buds in every night to reduce the impact. The positives are the staff. They tried really hard to find us a room that we were happy with and even offered us a room each. But by then we had moved into 3 rooms and were just exhausted after a very late flight I’m afraid that I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again. "
