The manager Batu & his assistant Batu (2!) were first class.. nothing was too much trouble! Batu 2 came to ferry & carried our cases back to hotel, then up stairs, which was marvellous! Great view & balcony from our room but need a moveable umbrella so can enjoy it as otherwise it was far too hot! Very convenient location & friendly atmosphere at reception! Would highly recommend..

Property was ok - the room was definitely not worth what I paid per night…the bathroom tiles were cracked and mouldy, the shower leaked everywhere after use and overall the room was in a shabby state. Room ammenities were poor. Location is in the centre of town and the staff are friendly.

New and fresh room designs and casual atmosphere made this a relaxing stay overall. I was actually scheduled to stay in Luff Boutique but due to a booking error was transferred to Luff Suites. After the initial confusion with my reservation (and frustration that this was not what I booked on Expedia), I settled into my new accommodation. Clearly there are still some kinks to work out in this new hotel, including the organization of breakfasts. One day, my room was not made up. Another day, I waited the entire breakfast time for a cup of coffee. But the staff is very well intentioned, and I have no doubt that this will become an excellent accommodation.
