The pool is the hotels best feature. The food by the pool is good and reasonably priced. The rooms need remodeling, beds are not very comfortable, the breakfast needs more hot food choices, the wifi is only available in the lobby.

It's all very good at the Phellos but I do wish they would improve the WiFi, it gets more flaky with each passing year.

Good location. Clean updated bathroom. Good water pressure. Room itself can do with some update. ( I was on a second floor) Trash can in the room would be useful. AC was cold, quiet and working well. It was not reacting on changing temperature up when I wanted it to stop blowing cold air.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially since I had a late arrival. Will stay there again.

Good points - aircon, pool and bar area.
Poor points - staff service terrible and spoke zero English. breakfast very poor - need some international options.
Average rooms, tired and in need of new decor but just ok.
