The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. They were just like the pictures. The included buffet breakfast downstairs was convenient. The location was right next to the Ginza shopping street and only a 20 minute walk to Kumoba Pond.

And,it is very close to central area of kyu-karuizawa. Spacious room for a small family. Well located being close to shopping strip and within walking distance of good restaurants. Parking lot opposite the hotel was handy, as we had a hire car.

Decent place to stay in as the staff were nice and friendly. The place was not very occupied at the nights i stayed so it was really quiet to a point it was kinda scary as no staff were stationed after some time.

A very nice hotel botique hotel. Interesting configuration as the upper level is the hotel, first level has all the retail shops. Walking distance to many nice small shops.
