Near by the main station and walkable distance to other areas. Modern room layout with good space

Spacious room with Japanese tatami area which was useful for us with a baby. The hotel also provided some baby toys for our stay. Good location and only a short walk from Karuizawa station, with convenience stores and a supermarket nearby.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in.

Staff were rude and added extra fees when staying at the property. Avoid this hotel.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.I will explain it again so that you can understand.Our staff will not charge you illegally.The only pattern in which we will charge an additional fee is when the number of people visiting the facility is greater than the number of people at the time of reservation.We have also charged you because there were more people visiting than there were reservations.Can you understand?Regular guests will not be charged as the number of guests will arrive as per the reservation.I hope you understand.

Got an upgraded room with Japanese style sitting/dining area. Very clean and comfortable room. Close to the shopping area.
