Check in staff were good, breakfast was really bad and very limited selection and choices.

Has unable to cancel. Due to a volcanic eruption we were unable to make it to our stay. The hotel wasn’t helpful with a refund.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally clean which is so appreciated. Our room was modern, spacious and had a wonderful private & peaceful balcony. Excellent location for the beach, 2 min walk. The pool area is nicer in person than the pictures online. I would stay here again without hesitation!!! Thank you!!!

We have stayed at sulis beach hotel and spa numerous times. We won’t stay anywhere else when we are in Bali. The service is impeccable from check in to housekeeping to hospitality very customer focused friendly efficient. Beds are big and comfy hotel safe and secure. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alison and Richard Pascoe

Great experience. So many dining options. Best view from rooftop restaurant.
